I greatly enjoyed super friendly and absolutely kind employees!
The hotel was located just off downtown and the harbour and the marina, which has lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. The a double room was newly decorated with snacks and coffee, as example and the location was good and perfect.

I gotta say, the value for money at this place was amazing! The room was spotless, modern, and oh so comfortable. The location was on point too, just a short walk away from all the action on Via Maqueda. The staff, especially Sergio, were super friendly and always available to answer any questions.
Breakfast delights, just a small suggestion to make it even better would be to offer some more variety in the morning spread.

The rooms were newly refurbished with comfortable beds and a spacious, updated bathroom. the host was friendly and easily reachable via WhatsApp, making communication a breeze. the location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. Plus, the host provided us with quality amenities and snacks, which was a nice touch.
One drawback was that finding parking spots during the day in the nearby area was nearly impossible. the hotel entrance was not clearly marked within the building, so communication with the host to coordinate arrival time was important.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the free parking nearby. it was a great base for exploring the city and we would definitely recommend it to others.
The only downside was that the hotel didn't have a separate entrance, but the host was very helpful and met us to ensure a smooth arrival.

The room at Porta Aragonese Luxury Rooms was absolutely stunning. The city view from the balcony was breathtaking and made me feel like I was truly experiencing the beauty of Palermo.
The only thing I didn't love was the bidet in the bathroom. It's just not something I personally use or find necessary.

Despite being on a busy street, the windows were soundproof and allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. the modern room was centrally located, making it easy to explore Palermo on foot.
Felt like family, no complaints at all.
